Too often women are scrutinized by no one else but ourselves! Why? We have so much to offer this world and our bodies do so much for us-and others (hello-we give birth)! Enough with the constant onslaught we put ourselves through to, what, still feel bad about ourselves? END FAT TALK!

Gilmore Girls=all things good and right in the world.

As it usually goes I found myself meandering through the library for an extraordinarily long time. I found three lovely books-one of which I have been wanting to read since discovering that the beautiful Elizabeth Banks also read the book and made positive life changes in part to the read:

 In Defense of Food :

I love food. Food is delicious. I love reading about food.

 A Year in the Village of Eternity :

I'm all about living longer and enjoying life to the fullest capacity!

Starting Your Career as an Interior Designer :

I WILL be the next Martha Stewart. End of sentence.

Though one can only dream of me finishing all of these books (not a chance in Hell) I can tell you that having them in my presence is reassuring. Reassuring in the sense that self improvement is always possible and never out of reach. Enough with the deep talk... I like these books. They're inspiring and educational and fun. End of story-so to speak.

What a difference a year makes!

Life never fails to amaze me!

I have found that taking time out for myself, in my own time-which was about 11 months-was exactly what I needed to have peace of mind about the mistakes of my past. I've never been more happy. I can honestly say that I have a very kind husband, as the past 11 months has been an ever-changing and evolving process of spiritual growth and personal progress. There is so much beauty and joy to be had in this life and in the next. I find it overwhelming!

My Goal: To enjoy what makes me feel the happiest and enjoy what God has given me.

Your Goal?
